Trust me #VABloodWork proves this and this #drugtestpatch and 3-4 #uatesting per month so it’s water electrolytes and walking and pushups for me

if they love you and support you they won’t leave you. They will stand up for you pick you up when you fall and cheer ya on through hell or high water, for better or worse but don’t be surprised when they all turn away from you. Because that’s what this retirement life has taught me.
GOD Only knows what I’ve truly been through, not Facebook, not the family that’s turned away, not my high school classmates, and not the friends I thought I had. It’s sad when you go all in love most of your life selflessly serving you country to just have three goals when ya retire heal sobriety and familytime
