– Anyone Can Enter in both but only whole or gutted fish weighed at scale count’s during division two tournament.

All Competitors, Viewers, and General public the Location listed above (MARKER 37) familiarize yourself with its location, we are not responsible for your boat, truck, or trailer. You will need to make arrangements for your boat. There will be places to put boat, familiarize yourself with location! We recommend mooring your boat at your normal location bringing your fish via cooler to our location. Or trailering your boat.
2. ALL FISH MUST BE SHOT WITH A SPEARGUN, OR POLE-SPEAR! NO POWER HEADS (Division 2 only)
3. BOTH SCUBA DIVING AND FREEDIVING IS ALLOWED.
4. ALL FISH MUST BE SPEARED BY DIVER Assistance is Authorized if it’s an unsafe condition, and to prevent loss of fish. Help is Authorized!!!
If assistance is needed for safety be safe have another diver assist. You won’t be penalized for safety.
5. FISHING AREAS ARE ANY WATER IN THE GULF OF MEXICO. ANY FRESH WATERS IN STATE OF TEXAS. *photo contest any Legal Waters within USA (including Federal Waters)
6. EACH SPEARFISHING COMPETITOR IS ABLE TO TURN IN MULTIPLE FISH PER SPECIES LISTED ON HIT LIST as long as it doesn’t interfere with daily bag/possession limits by state or federal government.
Allowing for possible multiple placement within species. IF A CLOSURE IS IN EFFECT DO NOT HARVEST ANY FISH LISTED IN STATE OR FEDERAL WATERS LISTED ON CLOSURE, WITHIN OUR HIT LIST. Do NOT Harvest more than State or Federal Bag Limits Whole Fish or Gutted are Authorized

Coastal Fish Harvested cant be entered as Pelagic Division (Coastal is All Coastal Waters within State of Texas. {NON FEDERAL WATERS/ NON FRESH WATERS).
8. Whole or Gutted FISH, will be weighed! In the Event of a Tie! Earliest Fish turned in wins!
9. PreRegistration $60.00 Date July 31st!
10. Aug 1st – 13th $75.00.
In the event of a Cancellation Back Up Date will be Sept 14th 2019.
NO REFUNDS AS THIS IS A NON PROFIT EVENT YOUR ENTRY FEE PAID IS AN AGREEMENT TO RULES ABOVE. All Remaining Prizes Donated will be Auctioned online via Facebook Page for Rigs & Reef Classic and Funds will be Donated back to Event cost.
