I’m more strong and healed now by the grace of god than I was in 2018 even anxiety depression insomnia PTSD traumatic brain injury I was on 26 prescriptions now none and was almost 300lbs yes permanent nerve damage but I feel I could be an advocate for other people in America and even globally specially anti suicide I’ve lost to many friends to suicide and alcohol and drugs yes I have permanent nerve damage loss of range of motion my depression anxiety insomnia PTSD was way worse 2018-2022 but 2022 to date I seem to be recovering by the grace of god why I want to help others now I’m 170lbs and sober
