Terpenes’ medicinal properties are still being discovered but as of now I can say yes it’s beneficial and helps me because I traded in 26 prescription drugs and alcohol for Hemp and it’s healing me in the areas of anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, analgesic, anticonvulsive, antidepressant, anxiolytic, anticancer, antitumor, neuroprotective, anti-mutagenic, anti-allergic, antibiotic and anti-diabetic attributes, among others helping you sleep or boosting your energy levels.

people commonly associate them with cannabis/hemp because cannabis/hemp contain high high concentrations of them.
