Military, Savings, and Stocks & Bonds is how I do what I do. It’s not for everyone. But I’m 41 and don’t work. Because of what I did since 1998. So it takes years! And even though I’m financially secure. I still got bills. That’s the flip don’t blow your debt to income ratio! Imo you should never go over 50%. And you should always have Atleast a years worth income in savings. And you should plan on having a way to create the income flow beyond your working years. True story if life costs ya $5,000k now it could cost ya that still in 20 more years. So work on the Debt to Income Ratio, Savings, and Investment’s. I can’t wait for Gator-Gripp Rack Systems to Pop! So if you read this far, you might be wondering how I get 3 checks? 20 years Retired Military, VA, & SSD. Now I don’t recommend the Military for everyone! But for those who do join! Here’s my advice! From day one create a Savings Account 10-30% saving’s goal per month! Invest! Even if it’s 10%! In 20-30 years you’ll be surprisingly excited to see what happens given it’s in the right market. Just some thoughts as I look back to 1998 when I was 19 years old doing push-ups at Boat Camp graduation week 22 years ago.
