What is a Float Plan?
Simple it’s a Trip Plan. It should always consist of telling people where you plan on departing, going, what you plan on doing, and when your returning. Even how you can be contacted.
Always check the Weather before you depart. After 20 years of Coast Guard Rescues Even a 1 day trip can turn into a two or three day rescue. Be prepared for being on the Water! Enjoy the Water With a Float-plan.
