If I was president or a global leader I would want to send humanitarian efforts because we all got people trained up ready for something so why not send them to rebuild send them to repair replace refurbish assist our sons and daughters will become even greater globally if they saw mom and dad rebuilding creating safe streets places they can go to one day and enjoy globally
