I’m calling because, unfortunately, we need to cancel your reservation. We’ve recently received a report that you have violated our Terms of Service. We’ve decided to cancel this reservation as a precautionary measure to help protect the safety of those at the reservation as well as the broader Airbnb community. We may also have to cancel other upcoming reservations. If you’ve already checked-in, please check out immediately; if you haven’t checked-in, please don’t go to the listing. I understand that this may be frustrating. Having to cancel a reservation like this is rare. However, due to the nature of the report in this case, we believe it’s necessary.
