Hi David, good morning. The reason for my message is to remind you of the conversation we had last night. We understand your situation and want to be empathetic with you. Regarding last night, we received a report from the neighbors about shouting, kicking the walls, spitting, and throwing water out the window onto the street. The police arrived at the scene due to reports from the neighbors.

I’ll tell you 3 important points:

  1. This neighborhood is quiet. The neighbors live here with families. This type of behavior frightens them and leads to immediate reports to the police. We don’t want a constant police presence or problems with them.
  2. The building has 5 apartments together. You’re in one, but there are full-time tenants living next door. Shouting inside the apartment is heard by everyone. We need respect for everyone’s rest.
  3. Rules for living together: This is a space for rest. No loud noise, no damage to walls, and no throwing objects/water from windows. If this happens again, I will be forced to cancel your reservation without a refund and ask you to vacate the premises (we don’t want this to happen, so we must prevent last night’s incident from happening again).

I want your stay to continue to go well, but I need your commitment that this won’t happen again. If you have any problems, you can contact me.

We do not tolerate disturbances, damage, or actions that jeopardize healthy coexistence

I need your written confirmation that you understand and will respect the rules of coexistence.

Regards
