US Fish WildLIFE?

How to post on LinkedIn My toxic trait is that I’m toxic.

Behold the cherry millipede! This loveable and fragrant critter has the best smell. Glands on the side of its body secrete benzaldehyde (a chemical that smells like cherries) and hydrogen cyanide (a potent poison), making it very toxic to any predator that attempts to eat it.

They don’t emit enough of the chemical to harm humans, so if you spot this colorful leggy friend, leave them be as they break down organic matter and perform nutrient cycling within forests.
