At the conclusion of the five decades, on the medallion say the “Holy God” the concluding doxology, three times.

“For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world”.

Repeat Eternal Father and For the Sake of His Sorrowful Passion

After five decades, the concluding doxology (three times)
“Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us and on the whole world.”
