I’m fully trying my best and taking full responsibility for what’s happened and happening once cleared I will move and definitely will have to as im being evicted this week unfortunately I can’t leave the state of Texas till all this is settled unfortunately I can’t do a thing about the past all I can do is stay strong and focus trust me world if they let me I would leave texas today but I can’t till the charges are settled and all this is over if it costs me everything I own so be it. Unfortunately yes I did get pissed off because off all this but I should have never been tackled in my home by officers because now I can barely walk yes I was literally tackled after and then arrested I’m not resisting arrest when I ask you to be careful with my body! I’m not doing anything but trying to protect my surgeries when I say please becareful because not my lumbar spine is killing me, my left hip is screwed and my left leg! It’s sad when we speak up or try to stand up for something and loose it all! Specially when we get accused of marijuana use when it’s legally purchased CBD HEmp because of this I’m now being evicted all I’m doing is protecting my mind body soul after 20 years of surf rescue and storms like hurricane Harvey I’ve had cops search my home amd truck for a dead body and drugs since 2020 when for some reason I was even questioned about the capital riots I’m a surfman a retired chief I even spent two years in which i secured Microsoft server systems for texas i believe in team work the kind i spend 20 years defending with the @uscg U.S. Coast Guard this is horrible and must end i need help i love Police Sheriffs State Police Border Patrol all Military why because i worked with Alaska Oregon Washington Texas and our Us mexico border on the #GulfOfAmerica defending and Ports Waterways I believe in GOD Jesus and Family and never cheated on or physically abused an exwife! Yes I have yelled yes if acted up but I would never hurt a woman or child I protected America 20 years from human trafficking drugs trafficking arms trafficking terrorism and more and now my life’s ruined this is the thanks I get I’ve had 13 flat tires both my vehicles ruined my property stolen my home broke into my storage units broke into all my registered guns stolen and I’m the criminal?
