I was injured when I was arrested 4-12-2025  and can barely move my lumbar spine and left hip is in complete pain my range of motion is very limited i need to set up an appointment with the Vaa a to have my lumbar and left hip looked at I don’t know who to talk to because it involves the police and excessive force I literally can barely move additionally I’m being evicted and have to go to eviction court on the 14th of May at 9am cause number 25EV-0415-JP22 I just got released 05-07-2025 out of Clear Lake Medical Behavioral Houston Texas and got home to an eviction notice I’m 100% Disabled I was injured as a trustee 4-21-2022 thru July 2022 while in jail and injured again While I was a Farmer at the Annex in 2024. I have been completely destroyed both my vehicles were broke into my apartment was also broken into and my storage unit was broken into I’ve had between 50-100k in identity theft and had all my guns stolen I need your help I literally was tackled in my home by multiple officers in two occasions and they injured my lumbar spine and left hip left calf both were previously injured in jail and the annex I don’t have a vehicle and I’m now facing eviction how am I supposed to move when I can barely move and still need medical help with these new injuries I need immediate care as these injuries are preventing me from walking. Please help I’m scared because I’ve been injured at the jail annex and both time the police have came into my home. I need the Va to help me get my injuries looked at and am now about to be homeless please help the cops came into my home and tackled me in my living room then accused me of having marijuana I do not use marijuana I have receipts and can show proof I purchased CBD products from The HOTT Box here in Corpus Christi texas and Good Vibes Padre Island I do not use marijuana I use CBD only ive now been injured 4 times twice with the police most recently 04-24-2025 where they again forced entry into my home and tackled me with multiple officers. I literally need help I can barely walk and my left hip and calf are killing me as well as my lumbar spine and neck please help I previously reported the injuries to the jail and annex

I wish GOD was an FBI agent because in 3 years I’ve had both my vehicles ruined , had somewhere between 50-100k in identity theft , all my guns stolen my identity stolen, my storage unit and home broke into and now I’m getting evicted in 6 days and have no home or way to move as a 100 percent disabled veteran after 20years in the @uscg definitely praying for a Miracle GOD Jesus if you hear me please all I wanna do is survive and see my kids @surfman374 I’ve never felt so destroyed and defeated I don’t even have a vehicle and don’t know how the heck I’m gonna move my property after 3 lumbar fusion’s cervical fusion bilateral shoulder and wrist surgery my body is so beat up I’m just thankful I’m alive but never thought it would cost me everything I’ve lost a brand trademark patent a tournament all my taxidermy equipment my hunting gear my dive gear the last 3 years have not only cost me but also kept me from my daughters and son after hurricane Harvey I prayed life would get better and I haven’t stopped praying I’m thankful for my local police but this is just an absolute mess… I’m definitely thankful for the VA and the help mentally and physically but I never thought life would rock me this hard I thought waves were big in the surf tell ya what these waves straight cleaned me out the last 3 years GOD i would love a miracle here’s to staying alive being all in and giving it all to GOD … love y’all ❤️
