Recently, Command Sgt. Maj. Alex Acosta, 82nd Airborne Division Sustainment Brigade Command Sergeant Major, led senior noncommissioned officers from across the brigade in a Noncommissioned Officer Professional Development (NCOPD) session.
After intensive physical training, Acosta moved the session to the Special Troops Battalion classroom, where he discussed the importance and proper implementation of evaluations. He explained how the concepts covered in the previous NCOPDs should all be reflected in a leader’s evaluations.
