PTSD stress Anxiety Depression insomnia

PTSD A disorder in which a person has difficulty recovering after experiencing or witnessing a terrifying event.
The condition may last months or years, with triggers that can bring back memories of the trauma accompanied by intense emotional and physical reactions.

Stress can be defined as a state of worry or mental tension caused by a difficult situation. Stress is a natural human response that prompts us to address challenges and threats in our lives. Everyone experiences stress to some degree.

Intense, excessive, and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations. Fast heart rate, rapid breathing, sweating, and feeling tired may occur.
Anxiety can be normal in stressful situations such as public speaking or taking a test. Anxiety is only an indicator of underlying disease when feelings become excessive, all-consuming, and interfere with daily living.

Depression (also known as major depression, major depressive disorder, or clinical depression) is a common but serious mood disorder. It causes severe symptoms that affect how a person feels, thinks, and handles daily activities, such as sleeping, eating, or working.

Insomnia is a common sleep disorder. With insomnia, you may have trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or getting good quality sleep. This happens even if you have the time and the right environment to sleep well. Insomnia can get in the way of your daily activities and may make you feel sleepy during the day.

Look around you and name three things you see. Then, name three sounds you hear. Finally, move three parts of your body — your ankle, fingers, or arm. Whenever you feel your brain going 100 miles per hour, this mental trick can help center your mind, bringing you back to the present moment

How to heal…

Talk to someone supportive. This might be your therapist or a close friend. …
Set small goals for yourself. What I have found with anxiety is that while focusing on long-term goals can be beneficial, it can also be very daunting. …
Use positive self-affirmations.

“PTSD: It’s not the person refusing to let go of the past, but the past refusing to let go of the person. When we feel weak, we drop our heads on the shoulders of others.”

“It isn’t about what’s wrong with you, it’s about what happened to you.” – …
“You cannot heal a lifetime of pain overnight, be patient with yourself, it takes as long as it takes to rebuild yourself.” – Things like, “You are allowed to struggle.” “You are allowed to talk.” “You are not alone.” “What happened does not define you.” “The reality is, you will grieve forever. You will never ‘get over’ the loss of a loved one; you will learn to live with it. You will heal and you will rebuild yourself around the loss you have suffered. You will be whole, but you will never be the same again. We do not suffer from the shock of our experiences, so-called trauma – but we make out of them just what suits our purposes. I’m still coping with my trauma, but coping by trying to find different ways to heal it rather than hide it. Trauma fractures comprehension as a pebble shatters a windshield.

Here are a few things to avoid saying to someone suffering the effects of post-traumatic stress:
There’s no “just get over it” …
It’s about listening, not taking action. …
Don’t take it personally. …
It’s all in their head. …
It could have been worse.

Unfortunately no matter how good you are both man & woman cheat it’s is a choice an individual makes it’s a reflection of what they value and loyalty it’s not your choice it’s their choice…. I have never cheated lied or stolen but I’ve been cheated on lied about and lied too and stolen from lmfao 😂 not to mention parental alienation sucks and divorce courts bullshit I’m not a alcoholic drug addict and never touched a woman but unfortunately they can lie and you loose… not to mention when you go all in and they walk away with everything trust me! Be cautious be careful never let a narcissist destroy you! Gaslighting scapegoating defamation sucks! All of this stuff is great lessons learned because people either help you or don’t lie or tell the truth want to see you successful or destroy you and no it’s not about right or wrong it’s about being at peace with your own choices and living with your own decisions growing from the lessons and blessings in a perfect world we would all love each other but no one’s perfect all we can do is pray and move forward… may GOD Bless you and your family work and life. May you prosper and all your dreams come true for me it’s about loyalty honor and devotion truth and moving forward… ❤️🫶🕯️🤙♻️ #innerchild #toxicrelationships #abuse #gaslighting #ptsdrecovery #wellness #codependency #cptsdawareness #narcissisticabusesurvivor #love #abusesurvivor #ptsdawareness #healthyboundaries #emotionalhealth #selfhealing #boundaries #quotes #psychology #complextrauma #somaticexperiencing #suicidesurvivor #relationships #complexptsd #depressionhelp #selfcompassion #selfacceptance #meditation #innerwork #domesticviolence #innerchildwork
