To answer your question @heathermonahan – Learning to walk again twice, over coming 26 prescriptions, surviving 3 suicide attempts, 20 year’s military service, 3 relationships that created 4 beautiful children…. Finding myself looking back on the last 44 years being thankful I’m alive, creative, sober, and can post this…. Knowing my now is all that is, and the past was lessons it’s why I truly choose to love in balance vs pick a side knowing everything has a time a season a loss a gain a rise a fall but it’s the seeds planted that lead to more growth… impact enlightenment Heather Monahan 🤙

( thanks for asking… ) ℹ became who I am because who I was 🫶🤙 and everything everyone was for a reason at the time and place they where in my life, it’s about the journey and shifting from negative to positive being humble and balanced (like love & war) dangerous but even they had a time and place IMO in a perfect world we would all love each other and not need to battle over who and dogma but hey some will agree others won’t it’s what it is I’m just thankful I’m alive and able to create a beautiful better day 🤙
